While walking around with his daughter, a man was astonished to bump into Ferris Bueller himself. Matthew Broderick graciously agreed to stop for a photo with the man’s daughter, and they were so starstruck that they didn’t realize the actor was walking with his good pal Jerry Seinfeld.
As Broderick posed with the little girl, Seinfeld stood off to the side, disappointed that the man didn’t recognize him. They thanked Broderick for the photo and walked away, still smiling about the experience. So technically, this doesn’t exactly qualify as a photobomb. I mean, the person taking the picture is fully aware that a celebrity is in the background. It’s pretty obvious that she intended to get the artist in the photo. But still, how awesome would it be to have your favorite musician intentionally be in your selfie?

The girl was just hoping to catch the singer in the background, but instead, you can see him posing and pointing directly at her camera. This reminds me of middle school field trips; we would always try and catch pictures of the kids who fell asleep on the bus. And sometimes, we would get into a photo like this. I’m guessing Hugh Jackman was filming the X-Men movies – the Wolverine hairstyle gives it away. A few fans got the opportunity to come on set and meet some of their favorite stars.
At first, the excited fans were told that Patrick Stewart wasn’t available to take a picture. The fans were disappointed, but happy they at least got to hang out with Hugh Jackman for a second. That’s right. They had no idea the famous actor who played memorable roles like Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Stephen was standing right behind them. They couldn’t have been disappointed with this hilarious result. As it turned out, Cumberbatch is notorious for photobombing celebrities; the red carpet is the perfect place for his hobby.

Just Kidding. These seemingly competitive actors are actually friends and have no problem joking around with each other. If you were around during the last decade, you are most likely fully aware that Robert Pattinson was one of the stars of the Twilight movie saga, and was considered a Hollywood heartthrob at the time. Justin Timberlake is no stranger to cameras. Ever since his NCYNC* days, tween girls all over America wanted a picture with the musical stud. In this picture, a group of dudes was enjoying a Timberlake concert. Although they might not be his target audience, they were having a great time and wanted to take a selfie at the show.
The boys were dancing and snapped a picture with the stage behind them. They hoped they would maybe get a glimpse of the singer in the background, but what they got was even better. Not only did they catch Timberlake in the shot, but he photobombed their picture. He took a moment to point at the camera, giving these guys a concert to remember.

After having actress Cameron Diaz on his show, Jimmy decided to take her to the top of one of the world’s tallest buildings to take some pictures. No big deal, right? Well, the whole world got a good laugh out of this one when the two A-listers photobombed random people’s pictures! They definitely don’t seem to mind, though.

When you first glance at this picture, it looks like a very confused Hugh Jackman. It kind of looks like a typical paparazzi picture, until you take a closer look. You’ll notice a certain someone, known as Aubrey Plaza in the background. Plaza is giving the actor her famous “death-stare,” and it’s pretty epic.
To be fair, I don’t think Aubrey intentionally photobombed this picture (which only makes the whole situation better). This picture is just a classic case of “right place right time.” The only reason why Aubrey was even there was that she went to grab a bite to eat with her fellow actor. It wasn’t until way after that she noticed that evil look she was giving Jackman.

I have to be honest; this is one picture I will forever be jealous of. I mean, if you ask me, anyone who’s in a picture with Queen B is the one photobombing. This lucky fan was ecstatic to be in the presence of her idol when her parents bought her concert tickets for her birthday. She thought it couldn’t get any better than this.
If this wasn’t already the best day of life, her night just got better. She was snapping pictures at the show when the diva herself got into one of her selfies. She’s holding a mic, so obviously she is in the middle of a performance. But still, that didn’t stop her from taking a moment to show some love to a super fan!

It’s no secret that Elton John has accomplished incredible things throughout his life, but this just might be one of my favorites. Believe it or not, that’s the British Legend himself sitting at the head of this table. You would think the musician spends his time at fancier restaurants, but he’s just hanging out like a regular person.
I wonder if this guy only noticed Elton Jon after the picture was taken, or if he purposely told someone to take the photo because he realized Elton Jon was there. I think it’s the latter; otherwise, there is no reason for this picture to be taken on such an award angle.

It’s always fun to see when co-stars love each other as much as we do. Despite his unimpressed facial expression, I’m sure this waiter was excited when Matt Damon agreed to take a picture with him. However, when he looked at the picture, later on, he realized that Matt Damon wasn’t the only famous face in this photo.
George Clooney is one of the most beloved actors, and he is notorious for photobombing other celebs. In fact, we’ve already seen him on this list. What makes this picture even better is that Damon is posing, pointing at the waiter. But because Clooney popped his head in, it looks like Damon is pointing at the photobomber.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt looks either, frightened, confused, or completely unaware that this photo is being taken. If you take a little bit of a closer look at the background, you can see a former-Disney star photobombing the picture. You barely notice her at first, but that’s Selena Gomez trying to get in there.
Selena Gomez is Instagram’s most-followed celebrity, but even she gets star struck every once in a while. It looks like she couldn’t stay away from Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and who can blame her? I personally had a huge crush on the hunky actor since I saw him on 10 Things I Hate About You… back when I was in middle school!

At first glance, this picture would have fans starstruck. Meryl Streep and Russel Crowe in the same frame? That’s something we all didn’t know we wanted. The actors took a beautiful picture together, but what makes this whole thing even better, is Nicole Kidman creeping in the background.
Kidman looks like she is eying down the two award-winning actors. Do you think that the Australian actress even noticed that she was being photographed? Or is this just another case of “the right place at the right time?” Either way, that snarky face staring right between Streep and Crowe is priceless. This picture is perfect because it’s a photobomb inside of a photobomb. Tiffany Haddish and Erica Ash were posing for a picture together when Shaquille O’Neal decided it would be funny to photobomb. Well, Shaq made his way in the picture, but it didn’t stop there. Nick Kroll decided to chime in and photobomb all three of them.
It feels like it would be impossible to photobomb someone as big and tall as Shaq, but Kroll managed to pull it off. Instead of trying to jump behind the massive basketball player, the comedian snuck in from the side. The way his face is looking at the camera proves that he knew exactly what he was doing. That’s a photobomb face if I’ve ever seen one!

As you can tell, this picture was taken at a Christmas party. As everybody was getting ready to open presents, they gathered around for a festive picture. It looks like a fun party as it is, but there was one very special guest, the extremely talented Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson.
If there is one person to spice up a party, it’s the Rock. And what’s the fun of having him at your party if he doesn’t photobomb a couple of pictures? Well, this one is great. He just popped into this picture with a ginormous smile on his face. Needless to say, these women were more than pleased when they looked through their pictures later.

I personally think the family was well aware that the singer was sitting right behind them. That’s why they wanted to take the picture in the first place.

I’m not really sure who these guys are. They seem like three men taking a perfectly innocent picture together. However, if there is one person who can brighten up the mood, it’s the talented British singer, Ed Sheeran. The celebrity is recording music and performing at concerts, but always makes time to photobomb a group of fans.
Despite his busy schedule, Sheeran will photobomb the people who have been supporting him as a way of showing gratitude. There is nothing like having Ed Sheeran pop into the background of your picture. That’s a dream for me, and even these guys weren’t disappointed. After sharing this moment on social media, the photo went viral.
Nicolas Cage
On this list of photobombers, we only saw a few celebrities appear more than once. If you are caught in the background of more than one, you simply like to intrude into other people’s photos… which is totally okay. To each their own. This guy got up to go to the bathroom, and then his girlfriend stopped him and told him to smile for the camera.
Why she wanted to take a picture of him walking to the bathroom was beyond him. You can tell how confused he is just based on his facial expression. Eventually, his girlfriend showed him the picture, and he realized he was standing next to Nicolas Cage. The actor just looks so casual.

We all know that Jimmy Fallon loves getting a kick out of photobombing regular people’s pictures. As a guy who hosts his own celebrity talk show, Fallon seems to have a lot of time on his hands. You know, to just go around photobombing ordinary people. But sometimes, he brings another famous face along for the ride.
You’ll notice that the talk show host managed to recruit Mad Men star Jon Hamm to join him on his photobombing spree.
